Custodial Appreciation Day
Members of Emily Germain's honors personal wholeness class prepared lunch Nov. 8 as a surprise gift for the SWU custodial staff in Central.
The students also organized an effort where faculty and staff wrote “Thank You” notes. They also prepared gift bags of items donated by faculty and staff. Sigma Delta’s Courtney Williams and Jennifer Mulkey were responsible for orchestrating the event. President Todd Voss joined Germain and the staff to express appreciation for their efforts and to lead in prayer as they blessed the meal in the Mitchell Room of the Jennings Campus Life Center.
