Southern Wesleyan Volleyball, Women's Cross Country Named NCCAA Scholar Teams
Southern Wesleyan placed two teams on the National Christian College Athletic Association Scholar Team list for the Fall of 2013.
SWU’s women’s volleyball and women’s cross country teams were honored with the distinction, just two of 35 programs to receive the honor. The volleyball team posted a cumulative GPA of 3.54 during the fall semester while the women’s cross country team sported a 3.42.
In order to receive this honor teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or higher during the fall semester.
