Dr. Brian Swords, a 1995 Southern Wesleyan University business graduate from Liberty, member of the Board of Visitors and director of Tri-County Technical College’s Easley Campus and QuickJobs Training Centers, is being recognized as Administrator of the Year at the February meeting of the S.C. Technical Education Association (SCTEA).
