SWU says 'farewell'

    Southern Wesleyan University said ‘farewell’ to several employees at a reception May 4. Dr. David Spittal, president of the university, wished the employees well and presented gifts on behalf of Southern Wesleyan.

    Employees leaving the university, from left, are Dr. Miren Ivankovic, associate professor of economics and finance; James Hansen, vice president of development; Sara Christensen, director of residence life; Dr. Steve Gregg, assistant professor of English; Dr. Laura Black; division chair of modern languages; Lance Vischer, assistant professor for economics; Kelley Tegen, financial aid associate; Dr. Rosella Jarvis, associate professor of education; and Dr. Jerry Cade, vice president for student life. Also leaving the university, but not pictured, are Steven Ponder, adjunct assistant professor of music, and Dave Seamans, assistant professor of physical education.
