Youth minister addresses SWU chapel
Rev. Scott Simmons, Director of Youth Ministries for The Wesleyan Church, spoke to Southern Wesleyan University students during a chapel service.
Simmons has served as a youth pastor and district youth president during the past 15 years. A graduate of Bethany Bible College and a candidate to soon receive a master’s degree in Youth Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University, Simmons has been committed to the Wesleyan youth movement, being involved with youth camps in the area and international youth conventions. Simmons and his wife, Kelsie, have three daughters: Kayla, age 7; Emily, age 4; and Brooke, age 1.
