COURSE DESCRIPTION
MGMT 3203. Emphasis upon the legal environment of business. Includes an overview of the court system, criminal law, governmental agencies and regulations, torts and contracts.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
