Computer Labs

About SWU : Technology Services : Computer Labs

There are five computer labs on the main campus used for classroom instruction and general student use. Each of the computers in the labs have an Intel Duo Core 2.93 GHz processor, 4 GB RAM, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. During scheduled class times, students other than those receiving instruction are not permitted access to labs. A semester schedule is provided at the lab entrance. Printing is routed to a network laser printer located near the lab. Class work takes priority over recreational activities such as e-mail and chatting. There are also computers available for student usage on the first and second floors of Rickman Library. Questions or problems with software or hardware should be reported to instructors or to the help desk at extension 5050.

There are also three mini labs with computers available on the main campus for student usage.
