Dr. Norman Masters has more than 40 years of experience as a college professor. Masters was named a South Carolina Distinguished Proessor in 1992 by the Governor’s Office. He enjoys traveling to art museums in larger cities. His favorite museum is Frick Museum, founded by industrialist Henry Clay Frick in New York City. Masters uses art auction prices to teach demand and supply analysis.

“Students seem to be fascinated that someone might pay $120 million for a painting,” Masters said. “I say to them, ‘Simple, it’s only demand and supply!’”
