PROFILE:

Dr. Ken Myers is in his sixth year at Southern Wesleyan University. He has taught at the college level for 20 years, during which time he has taught at, in addition to SWU, such institutions as Southeastern University, Elon University, Greensboro College, Rockingham Community College and Oklahoma City Community College. He and his wife have three children, all of whom enjoy the Appalachian Mountains very much. Myers enjoys football and basketball as a spectator and playing tennis and volleyball. He loves “anything to do with the mountains,” including hiking, zip-lining, and camping, but he is particularly passionate about whitewater rafting and canoeing. Myers will be more than happy to discuss the best way to run a Class 5 hydraulic with anyone who is interested!
